Description :
NBA 2K25 released in early September of 2024. It was released on PC, Playstation 5 and 4, as well as Xbox Series X, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch.

My Role :
On current generation I was the sole designer for Live-Operations event content for NBA2K25. I worked on my own to ideate, present and iterate on new and exciting game modes for the NBA2K community. Additionally, I worked to polish camera systems in place as well as providing scripting assistance for fixing visual errors and bugs in game.
On last Gen I was one of two designers working to create an entirely new and exciting mode for NBA2K titled “Rivals”, which was a fan favorite mode from a previous year re-created from the ground up.

Remastered Park Events - XBX, PS5, PC
Description :
NBA2K25 brought about the remastering of 3 fan favorite parks from 2K15: Rivet City, Sunset Beach and Old Town Park.
My Role :
I worked to bring the court remasters to life by first producing pre-production materials for presentation and creative approval. Once secured, my responsibility programming scripted cameras to highlight the remastered locations in game- as well as facilitate gameplay via written text instructions and Voice lines.
RIVALS - XB1, PS4, Switch
Description :
The Rivals game mode in NBA2K25 is a new offline feature where players engage with a curated list of PVE content. Players face off against increasingly difficult challenges to defeat and unlock a roster of recruitable NPCs. Players can then add those NPCs to their squad in order to progress through the Rivals mode. Rivals is a well-received fan favorite game mode unlike any other on last-gen consoles. The gameplay concepts, first designed in early 2022 went on to inspire ‘Streetball’ in current gen NBA2K games.
My Role :
On Rivals I worked to create the roster, test and tune NPC attributes and difficulty levels. I also created all of the visual effects and cinematic sequences within the game mode. The entire experience of Rivals in 2K25 was managed by me and two of my peers. An accomplishment I am incredibly proud of, as 2K has not seen a mode like Rivals before.
